My name is John King. I grew up in a small, western Pennsylvania town and moved to Ohio during my high school years. Before entering the field of education, I worked in bank managment and human resources. I am excited to be a Title Teacher at Imagine Sullivant supporting students’ reading skills and instilling the desire to become lifelong learners. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Ohio University. I obtained my teacher licsensure and completed my Master in Education/Literacy from Ashland University. I have been directly engaged in teaching and instruction for the past 7 years. I live in Columbus with my wife. We enjoy spending time with our children and their families. I enjoy baseball (Go Reds!), reading, being outdoors, playing the piano, and volunteering. I volunteer as a patient advocate and support hospice families and children. Every moment matters in everything we do.
